Eugene Y. Girgin is a New York State Licensed Ophthalmic Dispenser (optician) and has been in Bay Shore over 15 years. He is a Fellow in the National Academy of Opticianry and is certified by the American Board of Opticians. He brings a very high level of optical and technical expertise to the practice.
